The website ochima.gr belongs to ΑΝΑΣΤΑΣΙΑΔΗΣ ΠΑΝΤΕΛΗΣ & ΣΙΑ Ε.Ε., a limited partnership, 1i Eisodos Kavalariou, 57200 Lagkadas, Greece, ΓΕΜΗ 057554704000, VAT number EL093557953 (‘Ochima’, ‘we’). By using the website, you accept the terms below. The Greek version of these terms prevails.

1. Who the website is for

The website gives information about our products to trade customers. We sell to businesses only, not to private consumers.

2. The catalogue is not an offer

The products, photos, pack sizes and availability shown on the website and in the PDF catalogue are for information. They are not an offer to enter into a contract. No prices are published. Prices, orders and terms of business are agreed separately with each customer.

Sending the enquiry list, or using the website’s enquiry buttons, opens an email to us. What you send that way is a request for prices or information, not an order.

3. Product information

Descriptions, instructions for use and technical details come from our manufacturers and suppliers and may change without notice. Before using any product, always read its label and its safety data sheet. If anything on the website differs from the label or the safety data sheet, the label and the safety data sheet apply.

4. Intellectual property

The texts, photos, graphics and design of the website belong to us or to the rights holders who have allowed us to use them, such as our manufacturers and suppliers. SONAX® is a registered trademark of SONAX GmbH. All trademarks mentioned belong to their owners. We are an independent reseller.

Photos and texts may not be copied or republished without written permission. If you would like to use product photos or descriptions in your own shop or online store, please ask us first: we’ll tell you whether the rights we hold allow it.

5. Liability

We try to keep the information on the website accurate and up to date, but we can’t guarantee that it is free of errors. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for typographical errors, for changes manufacturers make to their products, or for the website being temporarily unavailable. These terms don’t limit our liability where the law doesn’t allow such a limit.

6. Links to other websites

The website links to other websites, such as Google Maps or the Hellenic Data Protection Authority. We don’t control their content and are not responsible for it.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Greek law. The courts of Thessaloniki have jurisdiction over any dispute.
