PROFILINE ExCut 05-05 – Heavy Cut Compound for Dual-Action Polishers 1 L

Heavy cut compound for dual-action polishers. It corrects clear coat defects quickly and effectively while leaving a high gloss. Removes P1500 sanding marks. Produces very little dust and is silicone-free.

Shake the bottle well before use. Use the red pad (492341) for vehicles in good condition. If the surface is heavily weathered with many abrasions, use the hybrid polishing pad (493800); this combination will not leave as fine a finish on the surface, and a finishing step will definitely be needed. Put compound on the pad you have chosen and spread it at medium speed for about 20 seconds. Then increase the machine speed and continue polishing for about 40 seconds with moderate pressure. Wipe off the compound with a microfibre cloth and check the result. If the result is not satisfactory, repeat the process. Once you have the result you want, complete the job with a finishing step using PROFILINE EX 04-06 fine polish (242300). The polishing times given above refer to one polishing cycle on an area of about 1 square metre of medium-hard paint. Clean your pad regularly. Do not use different polishes on the same pad. Do not polish in the sun or on hot surfaces. Protect the product from frost.
