PROFILINE Headlight Coating (10 × 5 ml)

Ceramic coating for plastic vehicle headlights, based on SONAX Si-Carbon ceramic technology. Resistant to environmental influences and washing, it protects against UV radiation. Lasts up to 1 year, and the material's effectiveness has been approved by Osram. The pack contains 10 sachets of 5 ml, enough for 20 headlights.

Before applying the ceramic coating, prepare the headlights properly so that they are in as good a condition as possible. Before application, clean the surface with SONAX PROFILINE Prepare paint cleaning spray (237300) to ensure maximum adhesion of the coating. Open a sachet, pour it onto a clean SONAX Polishing Fleece Cloth (422200) and spread a thin, even coat on the headlight. One sachet is enough for two headlights. Do not use on glass or hot surfaces. Immediately remove any residue with a SONAX PROFILINE microfibre cloth for ceramic coatings (451341-1). The headlights must not get wet at all for 4 hours, so as not to interfere with curing and setting of the material. The vehicle must not be washed for at least one week.
